Good Morning Leslie,
Attachment states AC unit needs repair. Zach the roofer from Magnum Builders advised me that someone from Building 578 is requesting the unit to be replaced or moved to the ground. Magnum Builders has escorts today even though the base is shut down in Honor of 41. The unit is being lifted today to new elevation. Framing will be complete underneath this morning. This unit has been running at 50% capacity for some time, and it is very late in our schedule to be talking about changes. Magnum Builders will try to hold off in this area, but was planning on installing rolled roofing Thurs or Friday 12/6 and 12/7. Talk to you Thursday when you get back.
Thanks Leslie, Tim 402-650-5499

Please notify the government that the existing CRAC unit at Building 578 has 2 refrigerant circuits.
I believe the indoor unit is located in Room 130B LGF Training Room
Only one circuit had refrigerant in it
The other was completely empty
Not sure what’s going on but you might want to let Base HVAC shop know
